The Unfortunates FMP
My Spring/summer 2013 Collection titled ‘The Unfortunates’
is inspired by my research into Asylums.
Fascinated and intrigued by such places I began looking into their
history and purpose. I was particularly interested in the idea that such a
simplistic, sterile and sombre place was used to contain the craziest and
complex of minds, a contrast that inspired my collection.
